Machine Components

1) 5T-500 Hydraulic Uncoiler: one set

Hydraulically control the shrinkage and stop of the inner hole of the steel coil

Maximum feeding width: 600mm

Coil inner diameter range: 508±30mm, outer diameter: 1500mm

Maximum capacity: 5 tons, motor: 3KW, frequency conversion and speed regulation

Oil pump motor: 3KW, with pressure arm

Increase automatic feeding power and self-stopping device

2)Leveling Device

Up three, down four, a total of seven-axis leveling device

With feed guide rail, the body frame is welded from H450 steel

Side wall thickness: Q235  t20mm

The shaft is made of 45#steel, diameter = φ90mm, hard chrome coating, precision machining

3) Roll Forming Machine

The body frame is welded from H450 steel.

The roller is made of Cr12 steel, CNC lathe, heat treatment, and hard chrome coating.

The thickness is 0.04mm, and the surface is mirror-treated (longer service life and anti-rust).

Shaft diameter =ф95, precision machining.

Gear/sprocket drive, formed in about 30 steps.

Main motor=15KW*2, frequency conversion and speed regulation.

4) Post Hydraulic Cutting Device

Stop to cut, two-piece cutting blade design, no blanking.

Hydraulic motor: 7.5KW; cutting pressure: 0-14Mpa

Tool material: Cr12MoV (=SKD11, cutting life is at least one million times), heat treated to HRC58-62 degrees.

The cutting power is provided by an independent engine hydraulic station.

5) PLC Control System

Automatic control of quantity and cutting length.

Enter production data (production batch, number, length, etc.) on the touch screen.

It can automatically complete production.

Combination: PLC, inverter, touch screen, encoder, etc.

6)Exit Rack

Un-powered, Two units,with rollers on it for easy movement.

Packing method: Main body of machine is naked and covered by plastic film(to protect of dust and corrosion),loaded into container and steadily fixed in container by steel rope and lock, suitable for long-distance transportation.
