Machine Components

1) Manual Decoiler: one set

3) Hydraulic Pre-Cutting&Punching Device

Pre-punching and pre-cutting, using the same hydraulic system

Hydraulic motor: 5.5KW, hydraulic range: 14Mpa

Punching and cutting tool materials: Mold steel Cr12MoV (=D2 steel, with one million times punching/cutting life), heat treated to HRC58-62 degrees

2-cylinder hole punching system for punching on Web and Flange.

4) Roll Forming Machine

The body frame is welded from H450 steel

Side wall thickness: Q235 t18mm

The roller is made of GCr15 steel, CNC lathe, heat treatment, thick chrome coating 0.04mm, and the surface is mirror treated (longer service life, anti-rust)

Shaft diameter=ф75/90, precision machining

Gear/sprocket drive, about 9 steps forming

Main motor (Polaroid brand) =5.5KW, frequency conversion and speed regulation

5) Post Hydraulic Cutting Device

stop to cut, two-piece cutting blade design, no blanking.

Hydraulic motor: 4KW, cutting pressure: 0-14Mpa.

Tool material: Cr12MoV (=SKD11, cutting life is at least 1 million times), heat treated to HRC58-62 degrees.

6)PLC Control System

Automatic control of quantity and cutting length

Enter production data (production batch, number, length, etc.) on the touch screen，

It can automatically complete production.

Combination: PLC, inverter, touch screen, encoder, etc.

7)Exit Rack

Un-powered, Two units,with rollers on it for easy movement.

Packing method: Main body of machine is naked and covered by plastic film(to protect of dust and corrosion),loaded into container and steadily fixed in container by steel rope and lock, suitable for long-distance transportation.
